Did this ever get fixed? I have the exact same issue and trying to get cox to admit its a problem is impossible.
Cox fix anything? Ha! My ESPN still freezes up in Vegas so it’s a cox problem all over. They’ve sent technician out. Checked connections etc. still nothing. Over priced, crappy products.
