This has been happening to my ESPN for at least 2 months now. I can’t enjoy my Monday Night Football because of this issue. Frustrating.

Sharon, nothing to do with cables, connections, accounts. Local san Diego content comes thru fine but your feed from espn is the problem.

I am having this issue as well. Technicians even saw packets drop out but said it was my host box. That was swapped but no change. This is obviously a Cox issue so please let us know what Cox is doing to remedy this situation.

My ESPN is now glitchy and stopping ever few seconds. Was a solution found? Is there any way to fix this? All other stations are fine.
- GregP15 years agoModeratorHi Sfragiao, We are not seeing this as a widespread issue. ESPN and other sporting events tend to expose signal issues before other channels are affected. We first recommend making sure that all coax connections are tight and secure within the home. If the problem continues we can check the signals on an individual basis and schedule a tech out if necessary. Please reach out to us privately with your account info including full street address to our email cox.help@cox.com

I have the same problem in Florida. Cox, espn choppy for live events, sound is fine and commercials are fine. Using contour.

I am having the exact same problem for about 9 weeks now on both ESPN 1 and 2 on channels 26 and 27 in Gainesville FL. I have reset the box multiple times and even called and spoke to a live person. They confirmed that they are receiving the same complaint from multiple customers. I hope that they can fix it soon.
