Can you tell me have you checked to make sure all connections are finger tight and make sure cords are undamaged?

This is a crappy cox issue. I have the exact same issues. Even had technician come out, check connections etc... They all tell you they’re working on it. Need to get it fixed etc, then nothing. Typical cox.
