DVR Recording Error and On Demand
Hello,
I am having two reoccurring errors that have been going on for a little over a month now.
1) When I play a recorded show on my DVR it only plays for a second or two and then gives me an error...

It sounds like there may have been some technical issues happening while you were recording. Please try recording a few more shows and playing them back. If you're still having trouble afterwards please send an email to: cox.help@cox.com and include your full address so we can take a closer look.
