Dvr doesn’t playback

I have the same problem as so many others do with the Cox DVR. Particularly in the evening, it stops there’s no audio it starts again and again it’s virtually impossible to use. Why is this not addressed because I am seeing some comments that go back literally years. If Cox is unable to fix this, I’ll need to go to another provider.
