DOGTV preview not working

I couldn’t figure out how to access the free preview of dogtv; it just kept taking me to the subscription page. I subscribed thinking that was required for the free preview. That should have given me access to see everything. but I only have access to 32 shows, most of which are only 1 to 3 minutes in length, which is absolutely not worth $5.00 a month. How do I access all of DOGTV? How do I cancel my subscription so I’m not billed?

    The only On Demand content is available for DOG TV free previews from 12/11/21 until 12/18/21. If you like to cancel the subscription please call 888-438-6673.
