Disappearing Cloud DVR recordings.

I started a chat with an agent because we were having problems watching a recording of Jeopardy.  The recording stopped and skipped, displaying the message, "Fast forward not available for this program."  During the chat, the recording disappeared from my recorded list. After 2 agents and 3 hours of troubleshooting, the second agent opened a ticket.  The scheduled recording of last night's Jeopardy program is not on my recorded list this morning.

I know you expect your service to work and we want that, as well. I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Though I do not have an estimated time of repair. rest assured we're diligently working on this and I appreciate your patience with us.

      Thanks, Chris. The agent gave me a credit for no DVR service yesterday.  I'll request a credit for each day we have problems.  Do the agents know about this issue?  That would have saved us 3 hours of chatting.

      What is the status of this issue   For the last 2 days I’ve lost DVR cloud service after 3 pm

        Hi, Lonnie. This issue is still under investigation. As of now, there is no estimated repair time, I do apologize.
