Crestview Fl Incorrect Channel on 1004

I have the latest TiVo Bolt using a cablecard and tuning adapter. The zip code is 32539. When running the guided setup I choose Crestview area Cox Service. Channel 1004 on the guide shows NBC when it is actually a CBS network. This is prohibiting me from recording the correct shows. The tuning adapter has been rebooted numerous times and guided setup afterwards with no change. How can this issue be resolved?

    When selecting your cable provider, what option(s) were available for Cox?

      Cox communications Crestview standard cable

      Comcast Harford county standard cable

      Cox communications Fort Walton Beach standard cable

      Cox Cable of Pensacola standard cable

        If you are selecting Crestview and it still shows the wrong guide channel/info for 1004 you will need to report a lineup issue with Tivo as Wees41 mentioned (www.tivo.com/lineup.html)

    You need to fie a lineup change with Tivo since you have a Tivo
