Thanks,,,,,,that's just it......I have issues with the box....and hdmi enhances both video & audio.....so you don't think a refund of 8.50/month for 3+ yrs is on its way ????
no coax is from outside to the digital box hdmi from box to tv cable card is security 3 different things the $8.50 is the hardware fee all the boxes no matte if sd or hd is same price to rent just pay dvr feeif wanting a dvr.
