Cox DVR download Menu to Computer

I am moving and going to be traveling for a while. I would like to copy/download the DVR Series Manager to my computer so I could have reference to the programs I usually record. Is there any way to do this?

Along with that, is there any way to download the programs I've recorded (and paid for with the Cox service) to my computer or iPhone to watch as I travel?
