We had an internet outage yesterday for about an hour. Ever since I was able to get it back up and running, the tv receiver has not worked, which means none of the tv boxes are working. All of the troubleshooting has been done. Does anyone have a hack outside of the box that I can try to avoid a tech coming out?!
Hi, there. You may have a junction box on the external with your coaxial connections. All of the cable in the residence belongs to you, so you may find the answer there. You can also try removing/bypassing any splits. if there is any wire braiding extending from the crimps, it can be causing interference. I hope this helps.
