Cox Contour on Browser has no sound for home but does for TV Go

Greetings, I have Cox cable at home and the TV works well with my TiVo device and cable card. For my study, I jus tuse the web browser. However there is no sound for some channels. TNT, Paramount...

We are in Phoenix too.  Having same issue with ESPN and FOX Sports channels. No sound on iPad and no sound or picture on laptop.

Same issue in the Phoenix area....now a month since!!!
