FIX IT! Still no sound and a picture that looks like a video feed from a modem - multicolored squares, watery colors. Again FIX IT! We are paying a lot of money for this package.

Still broken! I am not able to watch this afternoon's game. Seriously, how hard is it to fix this issue? We pay an awful lot of money for this package and Cox has not provided a solution for 3 days!!!!

Still not fixed this evening. No explanation or time to resolution provided by Cox Support. I've called 3 times. Very disappointed.
