Cox App not appearing after 72 hours

The Cox app was working on my TiVo Bolt but when I transferred the cable card to the TiVo Edge, the Cox app disappeared. I waited five days after successfully pairing the cable card but the Cox app still has not appeared on the TiVo Edge. I did all the trouble shooting steps but nothing worked. My cable card is coded for VOD.

    From my understanding of the process you'll need to download and install the OnDemand app. I quick search turned up the following link that may be helpful.
