Contour TV remote input button issue

I am experiencing a problem with a new Contour box and remote I just received. When I press the TV input button, I can see the menu. However, pressing the TV input button again or using the arrow keys fails to move to different input options. I have tried three different remotes. I have tried every code. I have called for help multiple times. I have stopped in to the store multiple times. Can anyone help?

    Hi there, our remotes are designed to work with most television sets, but not every single one of them. If your television has the ability to work with our Contour 2 remote TV Input, then you should just be able to press that button in the lower right corner and be able to cycle through the various inputs. If that doesn't work with our remote, then, unfortunately, you'll need to use your TV manufacturer's remote to get to the right input. -Thanks, Carol
