Contour not working as advertised.

The contour interface is bad, and confusing. The voice remote does not search or is not available. Searching for shows only leads to a purchase page, when the show I am looking for can be found by scrolling through the guide. On demand shows, that I know are available can not be accessed, unless I wish to purchase them. The only thing contour is good for, is that I am now watching less TV, and reading more books.
