Contour DVR

Contour DVR is not allowing me to set a series recording, it shows “Currently, internet content isn’t recordable” but I can go in and manually set each one to record.

    @jblank Hi Jblank, what TV series are you attempting to record? I'd like to see if we can replicate this issue in the call center. Is this happening for all content you attempt to set up a series recording for? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

      I am having the same issue for the TV Show Alone. However, I am unable to record a single episode either. All other programming seems to record fine.

        @shigady22 Hi Shigady22, do you receive an error message when attempting to record? Or does the system state "Recording set" and the show doesn't record at all? Does this happen on one receiver or both receivers? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
