Contour 2 turning on in middle of the night

The Contour 2 system reboots/updates every night between 2-4am (this is default setting, the time frame can be changed by pressing the Contour button, go to the settings icon and click OK, then go to preferences>general>daily update time. Do you have these devices plugged into the type of surge protector that when the device that is plugged into the 'master' spot cuts off/on the other devices will do the same? It sounds like when your cable box is rebooting, the other devices are cutting off as well and then back on.
