I have this exact same problem. I have paired the remote with the cable box and it did not help. I also have changed the settings with both with the power saver on and off. The issue remains the same.

- KevinM25 years agoFormer Moderator@Layter, do you also have a Samsung Q80 Smart TV? What HDMI input are you currently using? Which receiver is impacted, and is it a wired or wireless receiver? When did the issue start happening? -Kevin
