Hi RickH. Do you get an error when trying to search for a show? Do you have the remote that you can speak into? - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Lisa’s - no error. I have a contour 1 that does not have voice control. Issue is still unresolved. I’m paying of lot of money each month not to be able to search so I’d appreciate a fix! Thanks, Rick
