Computer generated voice for weather advisories on the Weather Channel

Can you tell me who puts the computer generated voice on the Weather Channel when a local weather advisory, watch, or warning is issued?  You can’t hear what the Weather Channel’s meteorologist are saying.  The computer generated voice can’t even pronounce the local areas correctly and it is extremely annoying.  It’s ridiculous!

    Hi, there. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused by the local voice on The Weather Channel. I must apologize, we would not have any control over that, though the Weather Channel does have a feedback option. Here is a direct link: https://support.weather.com/s/?language=en_US&type=TWC .
