CNN (1036 in PHX, AZ) is Freezing Audio/Video every 10min or so and has been for the last day or two, its very annoying.

    Last night Billions and Westworld along with some others freeze picture, no sound for a second or 2 then goes back to normal . Happens twice every half hour.

I was referring to stations that are not the "extra pay" channels.  I am in San Diego: CNN (channel 31); USA (channel 2); HLN (channel 32).  These are the primary Turner channels that I watch.  Thank you.
