cloud dvr

I am relatively new to Contour ii and cloud based dvr,  I set up to record shows on their cloud server. When I try to watch a show recorded in the cloud, the playback is often interrupted by loss of picture, sound, or both, plus picture freezes. The frequency and severity of the problem varies, but at its worst, it renders the program unwatchable. I also had an issue tonight that when recording Project Blue Book or Ncis Los angeles for example, the show plays half way through and then goes back to the start like i have not watched at all. i cannot watch the last half of the show. finally, scheduled recording of history channel the main recording says "network error" and second recording that shows no info header plays as normal.

very frustrating as the local dvr i gave up for whole house wfi worked fine....
