Charged for a pay-per-view movie I did not order ($20!!)

Unfortunately, I was charged for a pay-per-view movie (The Fall Guy-in May) that I did not order. 
I tried to have the fee ($20) and late payment fee ($7.95) removed by a condescending billing representative and another representative. 

I have no clue how this transaction went through but I did not order it. I had to look up what the movie was and let’s be real… I would never order a $20 pay per view movie. 

There is no one else present the day the charge or apparent order happened so please do not ask if someone else accidentally order it. 

It is unfortunate that Cox does not have a live person or supervisor to speak to regarding charges like these (over the weekend). I requested to speak to a supervisor twice and neither representative would allow it. 
they continued to insinuate that it was clearly my fault and my purchase. More needs to be done with customer service and resolutions. 

I would pay for something I ordered but I did not order this movie or anything from pay-per-view.
