Channels 3 and 5 in Cleveland are pixelated,

Is that a Cox problem or our box problem, We couldn't get 3 and 5 all weekend, We tried resetting the box, and customer service wait time is way too long to wait. No chat Icon either on website? What do I need to do?

    Are you having the same issue on 1003,1005 and all cable boxes if more than one?

    any chance it's a station problem, issue occur on another tv?
