Can I go back to the Contour remote with favories button from Contour Voice

Can I go back to the Contour remote with the favorites button from the Contour Voice remote

If you are referring to using the contour 1 remote listed on this page (model URC 8820, www.cox.com/.../remote-control-user-guides.html) with a contour 2 receiver, no you are not able to. They are not compatible with each other.

      That is a great question. Yes, you can go back to Contour 1. Consequently, if you go back to Contour 1, you will have to change all the boxes to Contour 1, as you cannot mix and match the platforms.
