Contour is just glitchy with apps. My advice would be to purchase a streamer for your apps. Anyone know of voice-activated streamers?
bruce widermouthopen darkatt just wanted to give you all an update . I called cox and they said that Apple TV + is a nationwide issue and started at 9pm last night and they are working on it . They said its a coding issue they are having . Thank you all for your assistance.
So the real problem was unawareness at Cox. Good ol' unaware Cox!

In the past 15 years I have been involved in the Apple system. Not once have I seen a App problem that was Apple's fault. It was always the App Developer or systems fault. The heads up on this comment is always, and I mean always start some where else than Apple. Usually it is in the permissions part of the App.
Who hired the app developer or systems administrator?
