All local channels are fragmented

Cox cable and internet is the absolute worst! Issues are ongoing and I have spent so much 

time troubleshooting. Local channels are fragmented, DVR works sporadically. Every day I have to reset the entire system. Now I will 

have a tech here for the second time this month. Anyone having similar issues in San Diego County?
