Voice Tools call history is working for me now. To confirm what Jonathan said about logging, a call is included that was made while history wasn't being displayed.
Call history seems to break a lot. If it's working for everyone again, Cox's vendor needs to adhere to an old, programmer's creed: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
Cox should also consider negotiating a penalty clause with their vendor for down time. Maybe that would instill a need to implement better change control procedures.

FYI...just noticed it 1/20/2023 11:30 am pst. Hadn't tried it for a couple of days. It's comforting to know it is being worked on. Thanks.

A known issue is impacting Phone Tools Call History online and our network team is working towards a resolution with no ETA. • Customers will not lose any data associated with Call History as the information is still being logged, however, it is not displaying.
