With 10 items, you get a scroll bar.
@WiderMouthOpen I could have truncated the screen and I wouldn't have had to redact anything, but mine looks pretty much like that except for 1 or 2 fewer items and no vertical scroll bar.
I tested various time periods and sorts and finally hit on 90 days sorted oldest to newest that displayed 10 items. I see the vertical scroll bar, but it only allows me to scroll one item. With the same time period, sorted newest to oldest, only 9 items display with no scroll bar. There have been a lot of Call History issues over the years, but I've never heard of this one before.
I was hoping to see a full screen to check for any plugins or anything else that might spark a idea. Thanks though.
It wouldn't have shown that. Here's a partial screenshot with the scroll bar when 10 items were displayed. Scroll bar will only scroll down 1 row and it's blank, so still only 10 items display. Blanks in "Disposition" and "Spam Risk" columns are outgoing calls made this afternoon.
Here's the same time period selected with oldest sorted first. Only 9 items displayed so... no scroll bar. But it wouldn't matter. I've tested various date selections and sorts and have only ever displayed 8-11 items. Even when the scroll bar is shown, it hasn't scrolled more than 1 item.
