Email notifications

Can anyone get the email notifications to actually work or is it just me that has this issue?

My Gmail is now getting the voicemail notifications properly.  The problem was that I couldn't verify my email address using my mobile phone so I had to use a computer to verify it.

    I had to use a computer to verify it because the voicetools doesn't work properly using mobile devices.
