Hi Rosebud84, one of our back-office tools displays your opt-in status for Call History. Your status displays "Customer is not currently opted in." -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

The + sign next to Call History just opens the list of calls and does not indicate that I am “opted in.”. I clicked it anyway, but not sure how this will fix things?

None of my outgoing calls were logged today, only incoming

The call history will only show 10 digit dialing on it. Are you dialing 10 digits or just the 7 digits on local calls? Would you please try to dial all 10 digits & wait 15 minutes to see if it shows up in your history?
