No dial tone

No land-line phone dial tone when it rains, cable and internet fine. Causes? Phone says "Check telephone line".

  • Hello. I'm sorry to hear you have been having trouble with your landline phone. If you have multiple phones in your home, please restart your base/main phone. It can take up to 5 minutes to complete. Once that is complete check for a dial tone. If you get a busy tone, hang up and pick up the line again. If you still do not have a dial tone, we would be happy to look into this for you and address your concerns.
