No dial tone
No land-line phone dial tone when it rains, cable and internet fine. Causes? Phone says "Check telephone line".
Hello. I'm sorry to hear you have been having trouble with your landline phone. If you have multiple phones in your home, please restart your base/main phone. It can take up to 5 minutes to complete. Once that is complete check for a dial tone. If you get a busy tone, hang up and pick up the line again. If you still do not have a dial tone, we would be happy to look into this for you and address your concerns.
