Cox is not able to determine which device on your network has the Zeus Botnet. Please ensure that your WiFi is password protected. I recommend changing it to a more secured password. If a neighbor is connected to your WiFi, it is possible that the neighbor's device may be the one that is infected with the Zeus Botnet.
