My Cox email just moved to Yahoo. If I now leave Cox as a customer, will I always get to keep my cox.net email name or will they hold me hostage? And if I can keep it... can I get that commitment in writing?
Who will control the cox.net MX records now? Cox or Yahoo? I'm sure Cox will continue to own the domain and will always have the capability to direct mail wherever they like and perhaps not Yahoo! Is there a legal document proving who controls the MX records?
