Worst customer support in history

Over 2 hours online in a chat with 2 people who can not resolve my issue. Have been "on hold" (waiting with no response) for over 30 minutes now after asking to be transferred to a supervisor. 

How is it that Cox is still in business? 

  • I just got off chat with Oliver - 1 hour and 20 minutes - and no resolution.  I called and spoke to Edward and he handled everything in less than 5 minutes.  NEVER USE CHAT TO RESOLVE ANYTHING!!!!!
