I just got my equipment & it’s not letting us connect to it

    This forum has contributors who may help you tomorrow, but you're going to have to provide more information than that.  To start with, specifically what equipment did you just get and what have you tried?  The more information you provide and the quicker you provide it, the more likely you are to receive help.
