WiFi is constantly down

A couple of week ago the WiFi went out towards the day ending and I thought no big deal stuff happens it got fixed when I woke up. Yesterday and today it has been out again what the point of paying for a whole month if this keeps happening I would switch if I could to a more reliable WiFi service. Worse part is I’m not the only one with this problem.
