UPDATE: I swapped out the old Panoramic Gateway for the same model from the Cox Store. Set it up myself and my NOOK is now connected to WI-FI! The old model was only 2 years old but there must have been something wrong with it, though Cox wasn't able to detect anything on their end. My internet seems to be faster as well. So after a lot of grief, swapping out the old one was the solution!
