Blinking white indicates it's not online. Recheck all cable connections as snug. Remove any unnecessary splitters, possibly swap the cable wire with another. A BENT cable wire is a bad wire, since it moves RF, and a bent wire can reflect the radio signal backwards and cause issues. If that doesn't work, you may need to have a technician come out.
