Why is this happening daily?
Every day. The neighborhood goes down at least twice. We’re about to switch to AT&T. Customer support has been zero help.

I believe they are experiencing problems due to hacking. You can tell because of same problems and same times. Because the customer can’t protect the signal coming into home to modem this will always happen until cox gets a 24 hr cyber team constantly upgrading and improving security.
