Why is the price so high

Dear Cox

If you are going to raise the price on my only works half the time internet then REMOVE THE DATA CAP. ALSO, FIX YOUR SH* SO I CAN ACTUALLY EMAIL SOMEONE. YOUR LIVE CHAT IS A JOKE. I have Premier internet and it is no where near worth the $93 you want to charge. It wasn’t even worth the $50 I paid a few years ago. I guess I will file ANOTHER complaint with the Comsumer Protection Board and the Better Business Bureau. That seems to be the only real way anything gets changed. 

AT&T internet AND cable/Direct tv WITHOUT DATA CAPS is $35-$55 in my area, depending on extras or premium channels.

What will it be Cox?
