Hi Mh56. I can understand how frustrating it is when you are having issues checking your email. Please delete your browsing history, close the browser, open it up again and type in idm.east.cox.net/.../myemail. Please don't use any bookmark or favorite that you may have already saved. Please let us know if this doesn't help by contacting us at cox.help@cox.com and we will further troubleshoot to see what is happening and help get this resolved.
