Forum Discussion
TiffanyR,
I have determined that your instructions are inaccurate. As I have stated earlier I do not have any filtering rules set-up so all of my emails arrive in the Webmail inbox. On an email in the Inbox that Cox is tagged as --SPAM-- if I go to the hamburger menu the only option is "Mark as spam". If I mark such email as spam, it is moved to the Spam folder. Then when I go to the hamburger menu the option to mark it as not spam exists and if I click on that option it moves the email back to the inbox.
So does this do anything about the incorrect --SPAM-- tagging of emails? Does forwarding such incorrectly tagged email to thisisnotspam@cox.net result in such email not being tagged in the future? I have already forwarded over 100 incorrectly tagged emails to thisisnotspam@cox.net.
