Why is Cox email marking acceptable email as "Spam"?
I have Spam filtering off but emails that are not spam are being tagged as "Spam". Why? How can I stop this?

After you log into your email, please click on the Settings Icon (The gear icon in the top right corner) and click on Settings. Click on the arrow next to Inbox and you should see Spam Settings. The options you will have are No Spam filtering, Automatically deliver to Spam folder, and Delete Spam messages without delivering to Inbox. Please choose your desired option and click on the top Inbox option.
