Why I can't see my device active on the app or online somebody can help me please thanks.

I try ti see how much tome my son use his ps4 or my Mac but I can't it doesn't show me nothing please help me with that thanks

    Once connected to the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz or Ethernet, these devices should show up. Was the WiFi Modem reset to default recently? I recommend connecting to the internet with the PS4 and MAC, then load the Cox WiFi App to see if these devices pop up among the list.
