Why do I need THREE accounts?
This is more of a suggestion than a support request but it would be really nice if there was some way to manage multiple service addresses from a single online account. I just had to create my third Cox online account because I have two personal connections and one that I manage for a local nonprofit and I am running out of handles to use and it's getting difficult to keep track of all of them! Why can't I just have one account with a drop-down somewhere to select which address I want to manage? Surely I am not the only Cox customer who needs to manage multiple connections...

Thank you for this suggestion. I can understand how it may be inconvenient to have multiple acct logins. I appreciate the feedback. I will pass this to leadership.
