Why can’t I just view different TV and internet plans?

I totally HATE having to chat or call a Cox sales rep when I want to review other service options. I want to see all alternative plans with associated  costs and the duration of the plan.  How do I know what is being offered to me is the best if I cannot compare?

    You can see plans and costs in your Cox account.  Duration would be any ongoing promotional deal.
