Why are your internet services so garbage?

So let me get this straight, I pay for the preferred package and I can't stream on two devices at once? Oh okay. I'd just like to ask you guys, why your internet services are such garbage? I mean lets be real everyone knows you don't get the actual mbps that is listed but not being able to stream on two devices while someone is on their phone? This isn't anything new from what I'm reading in the forums either. Can't wait to switch to Verizon or even Comcast. With their tech support being absolute buffoons it can't be that far into the future that Cox disappears.
